Job Description:
Seeking DC Law Partner with experience in railroad regulatory matters. Needs litigation experience. Prefer experience representing utilities, ports, hazardous waste generators, chemical manufacturers and grain shippers.
Partner will serve as lead counsel in regulatory litigation, including rail rate cases, counseling on transportation planning, contract negotiation and leasing of railcars and equipment.

• Law degree
• Licensed in DC
• 8-10 years experience
