Under direction, work in a business analyst/customer support role which may involve the following tasks:

1. Act as liaison between the Information Technology department and other County departments, municipalities, and/or local agencies involved in the implementation,
maintenance and modification of County-wide software applications, including Geographic
Information Systems (GIS) & non-GIS based software and hardware, including custom and
commercial off the shelf applications.
2. Provides support for customers on ArcGIS Desktop and data in a versioned ArcSDE editing environment, with assistance from a DBA.
3. Configure, test, implement & support Azteca Cityworks software, specifically, CMMS & CRM modules.
4. Conduct business process analysis and needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with the business initiatives.
5. Prepare functional, system and programming specifications using industry accepted practices.
Participate in application testing and acceptance to ensure customer needs are met.

NOTES:
1. GIS experience is a requirement for this position.
