Job Description:
The Candidate Developer contributes to Futurestep’s growth and the company’s goals by contacting prospects to generate interest in career opportunities. As the initial candidate contact, this role is key to fulfilling the company’s goal of Service Excellence by developing effective and professional relationships with prospective candidates.

The Candidate Developer is responsible for building a pipeline of qualified candidates for the Talent Acquisition Team. A Candidate Developer works closely with Recruiters and Managers to execute on tactical sourcing plans designed to generate candidate flow that meets overall recruiting goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying, screening/qualifying and forwarding viable candidates to recruiters.
• Cold-calling into competitors, working with user groups, networking within the industry, utilize online social networking resources and other proactive strategies, to include advanced internet search techniques (e.g., Key Word and Boolean searches)
• Partnering with recruiters to generate ideas and share information to facilitate an effective search process.
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidate viability for position(s).
• Utilize required systems to track candidates, workflow, sourcing data and screening information.


Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree is highly desired
• 1-2+ years experience sourcing/ cold-calling/networking via telephone
• Experience in customer facing environment (e.g. customer service, customer relations, call center, etc.)
• Demonstrated Internet search and research skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Follow-up skills and documentation skills required
• Must have excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
