Job Description:
The VP Finance, will have a direct role in defining winning strategies and prioritization for the business as well as leading, directing and controlling the orgnization's financial resources to maintain the short- and long-term financial health and competitiveness of the business.
Responsibilities include partnering with business unit leaders and corporate business leaders, for strategic development and planning, business planning and analysis, resource allocation, deployment and utilization and business/cost optimization and business analytics. Responsibilities also include managing financial controls, budgeting, forecasting and reporting as well as managing profitability and cash flow for the business.
BS/BA in Finance/Accounting required, MBA and/or CPA preferred
Job Requirements:
•15+ years experience in finance, including finance operations management
•Strategic leader with strong background in the creation of organizational processes that integrate function and commercial operation into the financial process
•Experience in a large multi-national corporation preferred
•Global finance experience required, offshore assignment a plus
•Sales/Marketing business partnering, cost accounting and L&A experience desired
•Demonstrated leadership with ability to sustain a strong working relationship with members of management, senior management, staff and user community
•Ability to manage a matrix organization within a complex environment
•Ability to see the big picture and to manage the details
•Ability to travel globally
•Experience in change management as well as managing in ambiguous situations
