Job Description:
Confidential company in the West Miami / Hialeah area is looking for an assistant controller position to oversee the accounting department. This will include AP, AR, Payroll and GL.

The applicant must have strong financial, analytical and problem solving skills, and a proven ability to build and lead effective teams and collaborate effectively in a team environment. He/she must be a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills. You will supervise a staff of 5 people.

All applicants MUST have the following experience or do not reply.

1. Must know ACCPAC.
2. Must have processed payroll with ADP.
3. Must know excel.
4. Must have a minimum of 3-5 years accounting and supervisory experience.
5. Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
