Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our friendly team of professionals!... Marketing Administrative Assistant In this unique entry-level role, we will rely on you support our marketing department by performing a wide array of administrative functions. This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity to develop a career in marketing! Duties include: Data entry in CRM database for leads Coordinating marketing materials Managing marketing emails Following up on email communications and correspondence Preparing and proofreading documents for our sales and marketing departments Organizing and maintaining afiling system Answering and screening manager's telephone calls and arranging conference calls Coordinating manager's schedule and appointments; arranging travel schedules including making reservations Coordinating sales, marketing and travel schedules; preparing calendar of meetings and appointments Conducting research and compiling reports Preparing outgoing mail; composing correspondence, memos, emails and faxes; photocoping documents; binding documents Supporting our marketing department on projects; serving as liaison between our marketing department and other staff members when requested Performing internet research as requested Creating appropriate copies of articles/research in computer files and in binder for marketing department use
Job Requirements: Our ideal candidate will be a trainable, outgoing, proactive and eager individual who has a hunger for marketing.
Required skills and experience: 1 year minimum marketing support experience or marketing degree Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Outlook) A valid drivers license and proof of insurance Preferred skills: Publisher Visio Microsoft Access CRM database (training will be provided) Benefits: We offer a competitive pay of 32-40K (commensurate on experience) in addition to: Paid time off Medical, dental and vision benefits Future growth opportunities and movement within company Exciting and challenging work environment!
