Job Description:
As the customer liaison, the front office clerk will be responsible for maintaining a professional image for the company via communication and other forms of media. Other duties to include the following:
• Answer all inbound calls and route to appropriate recipient.
• Accept all phone estimates and input them into the client log system
• Print and distribute estimates to appropriate Arborist.
• Order office equipment and supplies
• Maintain electronic filing system
• Maintain employee attendance records
• Maintain fuel utilization and mileage log and re-order fuel as needed.
• Manage news letter and customer contact campaigns.
• Schedule appointments with Current and future PHC Clients
• Follow up with new clients on pending and “past due” estimates
• Maintain vehicle and parts inventory
• Order uniforms and other shop supplies as needed
• Participate in weekly sales meetings to record minutes and provide customer feedback on company’s performance.
• Maintain the customer complaint database
• Other Duties as assigned
