We are an FHA approved broker with over 60 FHA lenders to choose from with programs accepting down to 540 FICO's. Reverse mortgages & conventional lenders also available. With over 100 lenders in all there’s no limit to your potential.
Licensed in Alaska, Alabama, Florida, California, Louisiana, Indiana, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas.
Additional LO licensing/NMLS registration may be required for certain states. Background check for FL necessary unless the LO has a broker's license.
