Engineering Technician, Rochester, NY
CMMI Level 3 organization is looking for a Maintenance Technician.
ELECTRONIC/ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
Description
Electronic and Engineering Technicians are responsible for performing functions associated with manufacturing operations in either laboratory or manufacturing settings. The candidate will conduct tests on RF and digital assemblies/subassemblies using assorted test equipment (i.e. oscilloscopes, network analyzers, digital voltmeters), technical databases and electronic schematic diagrams to isolate and troubleshoot printed circuit board (PCB) malfunctions to the component level.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED with minimum 4 years electronics working experience required OR Associates Degree in Electronics with 2 years electronics working experience required
• Recent college graduates welcome
• Must be able to troubleshoot to component level on radio communication equipment
Positions are on a one year contract in Rochester, NY
An interview and testing are requirements for placement
Available Shifts
2nd Shift–Monday thru Thursday - 3:00 pm to 1:30 am or possibly 3:30 pm to 2:00 am
3rd Shift – Friday, Saturday and Sunday – 6:00 am to 6:30 pm
4th Shift – Friday, Saturday and Sunday – 6:00 pm to 6:30 am (shift would end Monday am)
