Job Description:

Responsible for driving the Six Sigma process for Plants 9/83. Implement strategies to achieve Six Sigma goals for each year. Complete Projects throughout the plant. Assist Black Belts and Green Belts with projects. Assist plant personnel with maintaining control charts and boards. Maintain active involvement with all project owners and their projects. Report project status on all projects to Plant Manager. Calculate and report monthly and quarterly savings. Ensure the combined goals of all chartered projects of plant entitlement at all times. Ensure Six Sigma savings of plant entitlement. Improve Six Sigma process. Coordinate and support Lean initiatives. Work with departments to complete 5S projects. Coordinate and help plant develop one point lessons. Support TPM at the plant level. Support IE department and responsible for assigned tasks in the IE area. Other duties as assigned by the Facility Manager.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree required. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred. Previous IE experience preferred.
