Shall develop technical requirements and methods for efficient production of PCBA assemblies; continuously monitor assembly processes to correct deficiencies and improve throughput and quality yields; and direct the activities of methods techs, process techs, and other technical support personnel.

Must be able to adjust reflow ovens to obtain a class 3 joint; have strong written and verbal communication skills; demonstrate advanced mathematical skills and exhibit top analytical skills and problem solving abilities.
