Shall:

*** Develop processes and SMT methodologies for assembly.

*** Support continuous process improvement and optimization efforts.

*** Ensure processes are fully documented and complete.

*** Generate Assembly Manufacturing Specifications (AMS), Critical Issue Reports (CIR), Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) and Process Optimization Reports (POR).

*** Compile and evaluates test data to determine appropriate limits and variables for process or material specifications.

*** Conduct Root Cause Analysis, resolves and implements solutions.

*** Design test fixtures and procedures.
