Seeking BS Degree in Engineering and 4+ years experience in automated SMT and BGA Manufacturing processes to perform assembly line set up with Tools, Methods, Resources, provide DFM inputs, specify solder deposition equipment and methods, reflow equipment, reflow ovens, automate operations at key risk points, and specify materials chemicals solder paste, Flux, solvents, adhesives, etc.)

Must be able to:

*** Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing process problems related to tooling, consumables, supplies, and software systems.

*** Develop new production processes, work instructions, procedures, and provide training.

*** Support maintenance and troubleshooting of associated equipment.
