The Sanitation Supervisor supports the Sanitation Manager and directs, communicates, and implements the corporate sanitation program and strategies ensuring safety, food safety, quality, and costs. The Supervisor oversees the responsibilities for all day-to-day activities for the third shift and ensures adherence to the sanitation master schedule. The Supervisor also oversees the performance and training for direct reports.

-Bachelors degree or relevant experience and some college education

-At least 3 years supervisory experience in food sanitation

-Must have experience in food sanitation under USDA regulations

-Bilingual (ENG/SPN) candidates preferred

-Experience with government regulations relating to OSHA, FDA, USDA, and EPA
