The Facilities & Environmental Supervisor is responsible for the Ammonia/Refrigeration Operator and Building and Grounds teams and for the Factory's support equipment, systems, and building and grounds. The supervisor also coordinates and oversees preventative maintenance and improvement of operations of ammonia refrigeration/ freezer, chilled water, steam boiler, water heating/conditioning, centralized high pressure, sanitation chemicals, natural gas, compressed air, wastewater screening, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, lighting, irrigation, and landscaping systems. The supervisor also manages and implements a comprehensive factory program to ensure environmental compliance.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
-Five years working experience in the
-Refrigeration/Utilities field; Food industry and ammonia refrigeration preferred
-Two years of supervisory experience
-Basic welding certification
-HVAC Certification
-Certification through RETA level 'A', or other recognized organization, for the proper operation of ammonia refrigeration systems
-Hazmat Certification
-EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
