Job Description:
The Graphic Designer will create various advertisements in line with the company’s branding initiatives while contributing creative ideas to the marketing team. The Graphic Designer will also participate in maintaining the direction of the web presence and e-commerce store and assist in the development of the company’s various artwork needs including external communication initiatives.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Utilize creative techniques to create compelling email advertisements; the design and creation of banner advertisements and design and implementation of the company’s web pages
• Develop and coordinate graphic artwork and illustrations that involve product information, creative tag lines, proper size, arrangement, code of colors; style of illustrations, logos, and fonts
• Provide input to web development team regarding new company initiatives

• Associates degree in graphic design, advertising or related field preferred
• Two+ years of experience in graphic arts and electronic publishing.
• Advanced proficiency of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat, Flash, CSS, HTML and Microsoft Office
• Must be able to create mock-ups
• Knowledge of digital photography
• Detail oriented
• Must be focused, driven and organized
• Must be creative and be able to promote new ideas
• Be a team player and adapt to a fast paced, multi-tasking work environment.
• Must be able to present a portfolio to showcase work
