Job Description:
We are seeking a Manufacturing Operations
Manager with solid know-how of manufacturing
operations in small fast turn high technology
companies. Our client is quickly ramping to high
volume and seeks a dedicated professional who
can quickly grasp the network product family and
its underlying technologies.

The chosen professional will have experience
communicating, managing and developing
manufacturing, inventory management and order
fulfillment processes. Currently this position has
no direct reports and usually works independently
on the work assigned to them, however as we
ramp up, we will recruit new individuals in
manufacturing. This position currently oversees
contract manufacturing resources and may
perform some project management, training and
supervisory activities.

This position reports directly to the Director of
Operations.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

Responsible for all manufacturing, inventory
management and order fulfillment processes.
Directs contractor work efforts throughout
manufacturing processes.

Manages Bill of Materials and Manufacturing
Process Documentation and related change control
processes.

Establish and refine automated processes of
quality control that support defect free production
output.

Supports Sales Operations through development
and Implementation of detailed Inventory
Management and Order Fulfillment processes.

Manages Evaluation Lifecycle (Shipping, Return and
Refurbishment) Processes.

Ensure manufacturing processes are well
documented, implemented and revised as needed.

Conducts Quarterly Business Review with Contract
Manufacturing Partners.

Makes budget recommendations on Capital
expenditures.

Must demonstrate high Emotional Intelligence.

All other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

BS or MS in CS/EE or Engineering management

5 to 8 Years experience with Manufacturing
Operations
