Job Description: We are now hiring an Account Manager for our Las Vegas operation!
Hours: Part Time - Must have open availability Friday, Saturday and Sunday Pay: $10/hour plus TIPS!! $200 reimbursement towards purchase of blackberry with $50 towards monthly bill. Position Overview: Account Managers supervise valets, as well as carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Sales experience is a plus, as position may participate in new business development. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; handling large amounts of cash revenue, and addressing complaints and solving problems. Additional responsibilities include completion of new hire paperwork on behalf of our Phoenix-based HR team. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and or ability required.
Physical Demands The physical demands described her are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to run at top speed, stand during entire shift, occasionally sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly stand, walk, run, use hands to finger, handle, feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 75 pounds occasionally/ Must have close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perceptions, and the ability to adjust focus. Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions and frequently exposed to car exhaust fumes. Flexible and long hours are sometimes required.
Education & Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Previous management experience desired. Customer service experience preferred. Access to home computer and internet required. Must possess excellent problem solving and time management skills. Must be able to drive manual transmission.
