Job Description:
· Self-starter and works well independently and within in a group setting
· Manage & distribute insertion orders received via email (MS Outlook a must, knowledge of Windows based programs)
· Review insertions orders for complete data (advertiser, agency, salesperson, issue dates, media id, gross/net amounts for all products)
· Coding of insertions orders to ensure accurate billing
· Works closely with Sales Admin. & Billing Coordinators to resolve any discrepancies
· Customer Maintenance - setting up of new customers, updating database as needed (address changes, new salespeople, email addresses)
· Provide support to Billing Dept. - entering insertion orders, filing, create labels, mailing of invoices, etc.
· Submit weekly reports to management
· Communicates effectively on all levels
· Understands and complies with departmental procedures
· Reports to Billing Manager
