Immediate Full-Time Job Overview: The Client Liaison / Coordinator

role is to bridge communication and manage service request delivery
between the client business and client employees with a service team
of Client Support professionals.
The role carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas:
departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS),
employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation,
organizational development, and employment. The Client Liaison uses a
customized FullHR, Inc. approach primarily targeting all areas of design
and function specific to the Client’s needs including Human Resources,
Payroll, Recruiting, Benefits, Training, and Safety, the Client Liaison
is responsible for assessing, prioritizing, coordinating, and tracking
events through a Customer Relationship Management System for all service
event assignments within the implementation plan.
Client Liaison / Coordinator is an entry level role positioning candidate
for future organization specialist or leadership roles with professional
growth.

Job Requirements:
The role provides communication and support in the following roles and support areas

1. Liaison
a. Accurately assess and communicate new client requirements and expectations to service team
b. Maintain a general client knowledge of client's mission, values and expectations while coordinating and tracking service requests within the FullHR Service Team & Customer Relationship Management System
c. Frontline weekly communication and relationship with Client leadership and employees

2. Coordinator
a. Create Customer Relationship Management Case that tracks status of Client tasks and/or project
b. Delegate and coordinate project tasks to/with service team specialist promptly
c. Request Status: Qualify Control Tracking of Outstanding Client requests of service team
d. Customer Relationship Management Communication of Status Request with Client and Team

3. Support Assistant

a. Recruiting Support
i. Collect Job Description and Functions from Client Hiring Manager
ii. Creation of applicant questions to assess candidate knowledge and abilities for job role

b. Human Resource Support
i. Request HR Applicant Pre-Hire Paperwork from Client Hiring Manager or Applicant
ii. Request background check for applicants in the HRIS "HR Applicant" resource system

c. Payroll Support
i. Promote HRIS "HR Applicant" to Employee
ii. Verify Start Date and Pay Grade with Client Hiring Manager
iii. Communicate New Employee information and hire date to Payroll Specialist

d. Benefit Specialist Support Assistant
i. May review Benefits with New Client Employee
ii. Direct Client Employees to Employee Portal for Benefit questions
iii. Direct Benefit questions to Benefit Specialist or Insurance Carrier

e. Workers Compensation Support
i. May coordinate collection of collateral between New Client and Workers Compensation Specialist
ii. Direct Claim questions of Client to Employee Portal or Workers Compensation Specialist

The following skills and traits are required:
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism are a requirement, with the ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously.
• Collaborative with client and service team • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
o Experience is required, this is not a role where you will be learning or reviewing MS Word or Excel
Competencies
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies :
Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits working successfully supporting employees of a Small or Middle size business, as a Coordinator, or the equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
