Job Description: Summary of Position: We are seeking an experienced Licensing Coordinator to support our growing business. This role interfaces with state, county, city governments and all levels within AMP. This position requires someone who is highly organized, has excellent communication skills and follow-through, can use good judgment, set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Highly motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about quality but respectful of meeting established deadlines, with superior interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities: The Licensing Coordinator is charged with researching and understanding compliance code, filling out applications for state, county and city, tracking licenses of company customer and employees. Communication: • Serve as central resource for all staff • Exercise positive and cooperative behavior that promotes teamwork • Monitor and evaluate call volume statistics to insure stellar customer service • Performance appraisal and management, behavior and attendance tracking and monitoring • Review compliance documents as required • Provide Subject Matter expertise >> You must be 100 % on process and service workflow knowledge • Demonstrate innovation and good judgment / problem solving skills • Establish a course of action for self and others to accomplish a specific goal using appropriate resources • Improve work processes and policies
Job Requirements: Job Requirements/Qualifications: • Stellar written and verbal two-way communication skills • A talent for decision making and multitasking under pressure • Ability to work well and accept challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Excellent Soft Skills, negotiation skills, conflict management • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to high change environment • Ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once, in addition to dealing with ambiguity. • Must be assertive and have a high level of integrity and consistently demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism. • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. • High School Diploma or GED.
