Job Description:
The Account Manager is accountable for client relationship, satisfaction, and developing a web of account relationships to establish support for future project activity. In addition, the account manager is accountable for planning, budgeting, implementing and completing projects, documenting client satisfaction, impact and developing teams to secure and deliver projects. The account manager has authority to direct the overall activity for an account including the development and approval of plans and roles for implementing projects. The account manager also has authority to assign and modify teams involved in project development and delivery.
Job Requirements:
Must have consistent track record of managing projects and project teams.
Must have broad, but in depth knowledge, of consulting services within a specific industry.
The ability to develop relationships at executive levels through a consultative selling approach is critical.
Strong presentation development and delivery skills supported by strong business and financial acumen.
Proven ability to perform evaluation and problem identification in manufacturing and business management environment with specific applications to a designated industry.
Proven ability to facilitate groups in a working environment.
Working knowledge of strategic account management.
