Job Description:
Ability to perform unexploded ordnance disposal duties including Battle Area Clearance operations to search for, locate, identify, and dispose of conventional to include Explosive Remnants of War (ERW) such as; landmines, artillery, mortars, grenades, tank ammunition, small arms, light weapons, aerial bombs, rockets, missiles and fuses
Conduct site assessment of areas suspected of containing chemical munitions, depleted uranium and other hazardous munitions to include Weapons of Mass Destruction
Job Requirements:
Must have a minimum of UXO Technician 1 Course in accordance with US Army Corps of Engineers instructions in TP18 and be qualified in accordance with the United Nations International Mine Action Standards (IMAS) 09.30, must have qualifying time and experience for level of position offered. Must be able to pass a US Government Background Check.
