Job Description:
Process and complete loan files. Examines documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with existing underwriting guidelines.

Job Requirements:
Current loan processing exp within the past six months. Requires both Agency/non agency underwriting exp. Familarity with MERS, AVMs, self employed borrwer analysis, credit reports, assets and use of common tools. analytical and decision making skills. Srong verbal and communication skills. Understanding of MI policies. Required knowledge of Government, Agency and Jumbo levels of mortgage processing.
