Job Description:
Job Summary
The successful candidate will provide accurate information and
assistance to customers requiring direct customer interface; to
perform administrative support functions necessary for efficient
operations. Good computer knowledge is necessary.

'Some FedEx Express positions may involve handling U.S. mail. Those
positions involving handling and access to U.S. Mail require
clearance by USPS. USPS will not grant clearance to anyone who has
not resided in the U.S. continuously for the past five years
[excluding service in the U.S. military].'

This is a permanent part-time position. The is a pm shift: Tuesday
thru Friday, 4:00 PM -9:00 PM and Saturday, 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM,
schedules could change based upon the operational need. .

HOURLY WAGE: $12.45/hr.

General Requirements
The successful candidate will have a high school diploma/GED and the
ability to operate CRT. Ability to lift 75 lbs., to maneuver packages
of any weight above 75 lbs. With appropriate equipment and/or
assistance from another person. Must have good human relations and
communication skills. Must also obtain a passing score on the
required Customer Focus Assessment test.
