Job Description:
Construction / Estimator - Roofing Cleveland, OH (2637)
Candidate should have a solid background with analysis and project management on the repair and redesign of buildings' roof stuctures.
You must have 10+ years experience to include: envelope consulting design, project management, analysis, budget, recommendations, project design and administration for industrial and commercial property management applications.
You must be able to read construction prints/documents and write specifications for roof repair. Past experience should include analysis, budgets and recommendations, design/bid, project administration, quality assurance, and moisture detection testing for roofing elevations & waterproofing.
Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) is a plus
Bachelor's degree is a plus
Salary: 55K to 75K
