Senior FAE
To head up our new initiatives and help
our product launch by securing OEM
design wins, qualifications and support.
In this pivotal frontier role you will provide
support for target accounts from prospect
through qualification phases. Your
multiple roles and responsibilities working
in this dynamic environment
includes development of tools,
documentation and processes to enable
customers
to easily qualify and integrate products,
support methodologies for
industry-best support, integrate quality
metrics into customer
support/escalation processes and have
the opportunity to create (with Quality)
a customer focused “scorecard” process.
Acting as the primary technical liaison.
Works with customers during
qualification process and for
manufacturing/quality
support, you will be the functional expert
for all products, key customer
evaluation and qualification tools.
Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:•
Provide support for target accounts from
prospect through qualification phases •
Development
of tools, documentation and processes to
enable customers to easily qualify and
integrate products•
Develop

Develop

Qualifications:•
Minimum of 7 years of experience with
increasing responsibilities and a track
record of successes in design wins and
qualifications with major OEM customers
in target markets.
