Job Description:
G/L functions
Month end closes (perform bank recs, monthly review, account recons, etc.)
Developing month end reporting packages (individual customer job profitability, consolidated company financial performance, etc.)
Assist with tax returns (sales tax, property tax, income tax)

A/R functions
Invoicing of customers
Issuing purchase orders to consultants and vendors/partners/labs
Completing supplier forms

Purchasing functions
Issue PO’s to non customer vendors
Ordering and pricing of lab and office supplies

Legal functions
Filing and organizing customer and consultant contracts
Review agreements as they pertain to performing A/R functions

Job Requirements:
Must know how to use Quickbooks (premier contractor version)
Must be proficient on Excel and Word
Must be proficient with Outlook
Must be an expert with multitasking and be extremely organized
Must be comfortable with small company environment
We need people who are open to change and can grow as the company grows
