Reputable garment screen printing company is looking for an experienced SCREEN PRINTER for a full time position.

Job Requirements:
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years experience printing on garments and apparel.
• Experience operating M&R fully automatic printing press.
• Print Shop experience a must!
• Solid employment/attendance history a must!
• Team player a must!
Responsibilities:
• Set-up and print jobs as required:
o Adjusts position of design or screen to ensure specified colored print registration
o Compares paint prepared for printing run with master color swatch to confirm accuracy of match
o Measures, centers, aligns and positions screens using specified tools
• Pay attention to detail, quality control
o Monitors production activities to detect problems, such as mechanical breakdowns or malfunctions
o Examines product for paint smears, position of design, or other defects and adjusts equipment
• Keep an accurate count of apparel finished per work order
• Must be able to read, understand and follow orders
• Accountable for achieving scheduled production
QUALIFIED CANDIDATE MUST BE HIGHLY FOCUSED and DETAILED ORIENTED.
MUST WORK WELL INDEPENDENTLY YET STILL BE INVOLVED WITH THE REST OF THE PRODUCTION TEAM TO ADAPT TO CHANGES IN PRODUCTION SCHEDULE.

Full time position: $12 - $15/hourly DOE
First and Second shift: 7am – 4:30pm / 4:30pm – 1am OT
