Job Description:
Headway Corporate Resources is currently seeking experienced Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representatives to handle calls regarding Human Resource issues for a Great company located in Houston, TX.

MUST HAVE:
Spanish (Bilingual)
Customer Service Experience
Human Resource Experience

The ideal candidate for this position must be committed to providing world class service; have obtained a High School degree (preferably some college); and two-three years of HR related experience in a call center environment.

Excellent oral and written communication skills with solid interpersonal abilities

Excellent attention to detail, with research and analytical skills, and the ability to maintain a high level of performance with self motivation

Must have the ability to remain focused, professional, tactful and discrete when handling sensitive and/or confidential information.

Must be capable of maintaining objectivity and composure under stress, and able to model behavior for supporting and implementing change.

Possess strong PC skills and the ability to work in fast paced environment.

Bilingual skills mandatory.

PeopleSoft experience desired.

Must be able to pass criminal and drug screen.
