As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

* Recruiting, Training, Developing and Motivating your employees
* Providing excellent customer service
* Implementing corporate strategies and developing sales ideas
* Occasionally walking out to assist customers with gasoline purchase
* Position requires repeated bending, standing and reaching. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
