Job Description:
Our client, a Major International Bank with offices in New York City, seeks a seasoned credit professional with 10 + years’ experience to evaluate corporate loan applications and make recommendations to senior management.

This individual will have experience at a major financial institution evaluating large corporate lending transactions both investment and non investment grade, across a variety of industries.

Job Requirements:
Job Requirements:
• 10 + years’ experience at a major financial institution evaluating corporate credit and risk issues
• Analyzing leveraged deals is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently on evaluating complex loan transactions
• Excellent credit analysis/credit risk evaluation skills – financial modeling and projection skills
• Formal bank credit training a plus
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively with borrowers on sensitive issues
• Superior presentation and negotiation skills
• BA/BS, Business, Accounting or related degree – MBA a plus
