AvantisPoint is currently seeing Account Managers/Business development professionals to work virtually on a commission basis. As an Account Manager you will play a leadership role in developing new business relationships; and delivering recruitment solutions. You will assume the role of the client’s trusted business partner in order to create huge benefits for clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
Vision and Strategy Development – You must be able to sell AvantisPoint staffing/talent acquisition solutions by creating a compelling talent acquisition vision and strategy for new customers. Market Development - Developing an effective marketing strategy to target new business opportunities Business Development – Thorough understanding of the concept of consultative selling, and execute on the components of AvantisPoint talent acquisitions approach. (AvantisPoint Sales Process) Opening & identifying, shaping & responding, negotiating, closing, expanding, and managing client relationships. Relationship Management – Establish and manage relationships with prospects and clients. It is critical that the candidate be comfortable partnering with business leaders at all levels
Additional Responsibilities:
The Ideal candidate must be able to strategically partner with internal recruiters to fully close client job requisitions with the appropriate candidate. You will be responsible for introducing the client to your team of recruiters, so that the client will know that there’s a dedicated team working toward filling their open positions. (Transparency is an important goal of AvantisPoint)
Required tools: Must have home phone and internet access, able to make 80+ calls a day, and must have the ability to penetrate tough accounts to get the buy in of clients. No Base Salary – 100% Commission
