Job Description:
Royal Foam is looking for an excited and outgoing person to add to our sales management team! We are looking for individuals in Jacksonville, FL as well as the surrounding states. We are an established, yet growing manufacture/distributor of fine geo-foam, interior and exterior trim and other foam products. We are looking for sale professionals that are successful in building long-term relationships with new and existing clients. This position requires a motivated, independent, self-starter who has a proven track record in the construction background. Our business opportunity is for those who wish to control their destiny, those that can establish goal and reach them!

Your success and growth opportunities are limited only by your own drive, commitment and need for success.

Compensation is consists of a base salary and commissions. Earning potential is between $35,000.00 and $74,000.00 per year to start. A company desktop or laptop, cell phone and work space will be provided for business use. Job related training on the specifics of the product provided. All job related expenses reimbursed.

Job Requirements:
-Candidate must have experience selling manufacture products, preferably within the scope of the construction industry.
- Direct responsibility for the identification, contact, qualification and development of viable new accounts.
- Manage the prospecting plan development and execution for new accounts.
-Manage the communication and internal coordination of sales support infrastructure: sales support, operations, and executive team to insure customer education and satisfaction.
- Manage the on-going need to understand related products that exist .

Qualifications:


-College Degree preferred but will consider applicants with equivalent work-related experience with a minimum educational requirement of a H.S.Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Successful sales experience within a large & small account environment is a plus.
- Previous proven expertise in construction, marine, stucco, and building highly preferred.
- Exceptional ability to motivate and influence key contacts and decision makers required.
- Proven talent for making effective cold calls to target companies highly preferred.
- Proven expertise to develop relationships from a cold call or networking activity highly preferred.
-Proven ability to listen, extrapolate information and leverage resources to effectively provide products to meet customer needs.
- Excellent ability to communicate at all levels within an organization required.
- Ability to effectively learn and apply information about products, services, and solutions.
- Proficiency in Windows based applications (WORD, EXCEL, Power Point and QuickBooks) highly preferred.
