Responsibilities include:
* Sales generation through motivating the sales team to customer service experience.
* Daily operational functions of the store to include opening/closing procedures, maintenance of the store, and basic merchandising.
* Have fun!
Prerequisites:
*2+ years retail management experience in apparel
*Great customer service skills
*Cash-handling and basic store operations
