a Tax Manager.

The Tax Manager will assist the Head of
Tax by performing the following duties:
1. Support the worldwide income tax
manager with provision, and facility and
prepare other duties, as assigned

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing and
supporting the tax provision under FAS
109, FIN 48, FAS 123R, etc.
• Researching and preparing
information as required.
• Income tax returns, Mergers and
Acquisitions – Assist in reviewing,
preparing and supporting income tax
filings in the US and foreign countries.
• SOX – support
• Legal research and writing –
Analyze and support tax positions taken
in tax filings, mergers, acquisitions,
business operations, etc.


Job Requirements:
Requirements :
• Juris Doctorate (JD) required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
required
• Big Four Accounting Firm
experience required
• 5-10 Years US and
foreign/international tax experience and
an understanding of large company
accounting issues
• Computer Proficiency and
software skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication skills
(oral and written)
• Flexible schedule, ability to
work additional hours during the week
and/or weekends as needed
• Absolute integrity
