Job Description:
Position: Bookkeeper
Company: Watson Lake Motors Ltd.
Location: P.O. Box 870, Watson Lake, Yukon Territory Y0A 1C0
Wages: $20.00 per hour/40 hours per week
Job Description:
1.Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
2.Post journal entries
3.Prepare trial balance of books and reconcile accounts
4.Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
5.Prepare other statistical financial and accounting reports
6.Control inventory and prepare tax returns
Job and skills Requirements:
-With at least 1-2 years of work experience in bookkeeping
-Willing to live in an isolated area
-Able to work on own or in a team
-Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field
-Knowledge of General Office equipment, Windows, Excel and Accounting software
