SRS has over 1,000 candidates currently ranging from those who have run start – ups to those who have managed Fortune 500 companies. All of them have one unique quality – they have not only been successful in running companies, but many have managed to accumulate significant wealth due to their ability to grow firms, which then were acquired by larger companies. They also have minimum net worth’s of $1,000,000, with many as high as $2,000,000 to $10,000,000, and some in the $40,000,000 to $80,000,000 range. Many of them can present companies for you to either buy or fund.

Most of our executives have a following of venture capitalists and private equity firms, who work with them when a prospective company requires extra funding to grow business. Many of our candidates are also willing to invest in a company which their run, but what we are seeking are job listings for executives who would be paid a base salary plus bonuses or commissions whether or not they make any investments in your firm. The fact that they are able to invest is simply another measure of their ability to work in your organization without having any financial issues looming overhead.

Our fees are always nominal. Normally, for high level executive candidates that earn $150,000 to $300,000 annually, you would expect to pay 30% of the first year’s compensation – which could be as high as $45,000 to $90,000 or more. SRS charges a flat monthly fee for 24 months of what you pay in salary, bonuses and or commissions. Our fee schedule will save your company thousands over the competition’s charges. If for any reason the candidate does not work out, you only pay for the actual months worked. SRS does not give refunds.

If you hire one of our candidates to do consulting work, our fee, again, is a low monthly fee for 24 months, regardless of how long the candidate may work for you as an independent contractor, employee, consultant or sales agent. The fee for middle management candidates is the same.
