Job Description:
Company is seeking a motivated self-starter with leadership qualities ready to fast track career. The position has tremendous opportunity for advancement with over ninety facilities nationwide.

A strong candidate will be able to design and implement manufacturing methods and processes that support product quality and meet productivity goals. Candidate needs to have 3 or more years in a fast paced lean manufacturing environment. Individual will need to use problem solving methodologies to identify root cause then lead a new product development team to turn concepts into commercialized products. Candidate needs to interface with outside vendors’ sales personnel to evaluate, cost estimate, and select purchase parts and production equipment.
