Job Description:
A Director of College Facilities plans, coordinates, and directs the maintenance and operations activities of a college which include responsibility for the physical condition of the buildings, grounds, and equipment and participates in the design, review, and integration of construction projects.

Job Requirements:
Graduation from a recognized four-year college or university with a degree in business or public administration, architecture, engineering, construction management or a field closely related to facilities management AND Four years of full-time, paid experience in managing the operations and/or maintenance of large commercial or public building complexes or in designing or planning or superintending the construction of commercial or public buildings, including maintenance of construction budgets. Supervisory experience over a variety of craft workers is desirable. Four years of additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the degree requirement. Also required: A valid Class “C” California driver's license and access to an automobile.
