Currently we have a need for additional, full time, permanent project managers to manage restoration projects. However, we are willing to accept unskilled project managers as long as they possess the qualifications listed below. If you meet these qualifications, you may apply. V. PROJECT MANAGER QUESTIONS
1. Give specific examples of direct influence you have had on dynamic production growth in your past positions.
2. How many direct reports have you developed and promoted in your last three positions? Discuss in detail your relationship to their growth. (How did you do this?)
3. This position requires a broad array of skill sets, among which are, production, production development and management, program development/implementation, public relations, relationship building, and measurement and reporting, of these, which do you feel most comfortable performing? And which the least?
4. Tell us about a project that you have been responsible for and the steps that you took to insure that it was effectively implemented.
5. Please describe you construction philosophy; systems you follow, industry leaders whose philosophies you adhere to, training you have had, and techniques you find particularly productive.
6. Discuss a challenge you felt was insurmountable and how you addressed it successfully.
7. What would your current manager say are three of your strengths as a manager? What are areas that he or she would suggest for improvement?
8. Please indicate the level of division budgeting experience you have had. Have you had P & L responsibility in any of your previous positions? Describe.
