Privately held Jewelry Company is looking for Direct Sales Coordinator with a passion for jewelry to promote and sell our premium line of product throughout the U.S.
We provide skills assessments, career counseling, and training for potential candidates.
We are looking for someone who is involved in the community, school, church, etc., who preferably has a strong background and experience within the Home Party Sales Industry or Real Estate. Your job will include making contacts with Home Party Consultants (such as Tupperware, Silpada, Tastefully Simple, Lia Sophia etc), establishing relationships, discussing the benefits of hosting Jewelry Selling parties with us, and of course getting parties booked. Successful candidate will oversee all aspects of home party sales as well as optimizing sales opportunities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with right personality.

This position includes:
* Build sales and product visibility
* Make sales calls to potential new accounts
* Building client relationships
* Mentoring, training, leading and coaching staff
* Generating new business through referrals, networking, and other outbound marketing activities
* Retaining, developing and expanding our existing account base
* Researching, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities

Job Requirements:
- College degree prefered (preferably business related)
- Experience in building business including time and territory management, sales and proposal presentation to clients is a plus.
