The Operations Manager is responsible for some production lines and Operations. The successful candidate will be ableto provide leadership to the manfacturing by developing and implementing short range plans and identifying goals and objectives to meet the plant's vision, mission and long range strategic plans. Directs and manages all business unit resources to successfully deliver results in quality, cost, safety, service, and employee moral. Full accountability for product costs; assess effectiveness and maximizing productivity opportunities that lead to continuous improvement. Develops high performing work teams to effectively meet the changing needs of the business. Direct reports: Operations Supervisors and Continuous Improvement Engineers
