Job Description:
Electrical / Electronic Engineer Akron/Cleveland (3819)
Candidate should be degreed and have experience with clean room process/procedures that will support production process control and engineering development projects.
Must have direct experience with chip on board (COB) and/or flip chip on board (FCOB) technologies to include wire bonding and encapsulation.
Use direct knowledge of materials and processes required for direct chip attachment.
Responsible for process control, process improvement, and development of new methodologies.
This is a hands-on, clean room position.
Pay rate: 60K to 80K
