RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DUTIES:
Ensure safe work practices and safe work environments. Develop and support our Hawaii culture. Proactively manage crew assignments and work areas for productivity and cost efficiency. Coordinate daily tasks and projects with intra- and interdepartmental coworkers as necessary. Support and organize the development of crew members’ skills. Complete required reports in a timely and accurate manner. Additional responsibilities or duties may be required to meet company needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
This position requires excellent management, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills. The ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changing situations is a must. The successful candidate must demonstrate the ability to work in a team environment and communicate well with others. Computer skills are not required, but desired. Must be willing and able to work a rotating day/night schedule.
