Job Requirements:
WHAT IS REQUIRED:

Must be familiar with and understand Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac as well as FHA loan guidelines
The originators will be required to make sales calls and will be encouraged to set up business accounts with various entities
We are looking for Loan Officers with marketing experience, and sales experience as well as strong referral partners
2+ years of sales experience REQUIRED
Individuals need to be motivated self-starters and they MUST be accustomed to commission pay
Strong verbal communication, organizational skills and, time management skills
