Activities include campaign management, grant-writing, donor cultivation and management, research, knowledge of funding sources, event coordination, as well as administering associated daily tasks and working with volunteers. Responsibilities will require excellent writing and people skills, the abilities to self-initiate and self-organize, to coordinate projects, to meet deadlines, and to learn Salesforce, an integrated database system. Job is based in Silver Spring with a few weeks a year in El Salvador. Candidates fluent in Spanish will be given priority. Competitive salary and benefits.
