Job Description:
• Contact consumers by telephone regarding past due account
• Explore payment solutions in a professional manner to resolve account delinquency
• Must adhere to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and state laws
• Review/understand credit bureaus and other pertinent data on account
• Provide skip tracing efforts to locate consumers utilizing various tools available
• Employees must develop technical knowledge to add, change and delete information in the file screens, memorize action codes, and maintain accurate records on internal collection computer system
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly performance goals

Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of (6) months of collections experience or (1) year *sales or customer service experience preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Effective follow-up and negotiation skills
• Independent decision making
• Problem solving and negotiation ability
• Basic math aptitude
• Team Player and goal orientated
• Enthusiastic and professional demeanor
