Job Description:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
** Processes hourly and salaried
employees including exceptions,
garnishments, commissions and other
earnings or deductions
**Participates in the review and audit
of computed wages and deductions as well
as posts wage and deductions to payroll
records
**Assists with reconciling W-2 reporting
as well as paid time off accrual and
balance discrepancies

Job Requirements:
REQUIRED:
**Experience with multi-state payrolls
**Bi-lingual (Spanish); Ability to read
and comprehend instructions and
procedures
**Basic math skills
**Strong MS Office skills, especially
Excel, Word and Outlook along with
experience with payroll/human resources
information management systems (ADP)
and/or Peoplesoft
