Job Description:
Provide technical expertise for the design, development, test and evaluation, and fielding of the Video Imaging Processing and the Band Width Management over Wireless Communication. Responsible for tasks across the life cycle of the project such as software requirements, documentation, design, design review, code development and development process, software cost estimating, oversight of software development. Identify and develop new requirements in computer hardware/software technologies to support the design, development, test and evaluation, fielding and support of software. Resolve difficult and controversial problems as they relate to interface and integration of a diverse range of existing and new systems/equipment used. Provide consultation and instruction.
